Karen Fess

I love color and try to emphasize that in my artwork. Quite the feat, when an instructor in the one college painting class told me that while I drew beautifully I totally lost it when I moved into color. My artwork trends towards realism without being photo realistic. Most of my smaller paintings are painted wet on wet, in one sitting.
